    Did an econsult for my baby today to be told there are no doctors on duty today at the surgery who can see a baby? We have therefore been sent to Brants Bridge later this evening? Disgusting service for a baby who is in pain. Such a shame as the surgery are normally so efficient at fitting my children in

    I have just had a quick and helpful response from a GP at this surgery after a 111 call. The advice given was very useful and reassuring. Over many years and particularly recently both my husband and I have needed the help and advice from the doctors and staff of Green Meadows. This has been given both pleasantly and promptly (if needed) and inspires confidence that our health is being well looked after. Systems have changed many times over the years but I still feel that we are receiving excellent care when necessary. This practice is well run - we are fortunate to be under its care.

    Can’t phone as before to get a doctors appointment. You have to fill in endless forms online. I had a urine/kidney infection and need a CT scan doctor told me to go to Heatherwood hospital for it after two visits told it couldn’t be done there. Then told to phone Frimley radiology which I did they had no referral for me. Then I was told to go to Wexham Park hospital. I said I am not going there as I had scans at Frimley in the past. So I wrote a private letter to one doctor who was my doctor for many years when I had many tests to ascertain my heart problem. This letter that I hand delivered was told the doctor would see it the next day. The office actually opened this private letter. And phoned to say to go to Wexham hospital. I then repeated I cannot get there.

    I submitted an E enquiry, and within 6 hours I had a call from a doctor, was seen by a Practise Nurse Practitioner, had an X-ray and got a txt confirming things where ok. Just Brilliant.

    Doctor D was proactive , understanding and thorough. Highly recommend him. He called when he said he would and made things easy to understand . A general comment re green meadows - It would be good if it was easier to make appointments other than via econsult which is as far as I can make out an appointment prevention system! This is the first time I have actually managed to see a doctor at my own practice in about 4 years!

    Whilst im not too bad being computer literate there have been times where ive been given dates way off too far ahead and had to resubmit an econsult. But in fairness they usually do then contact u.Its usually referring to my main medication whilst the pharmasist has been very helpful i do feel i should have my pain meds now back on my usual repeat! As its been easy 18 months having a monthly phone call! And im more then aware now.But overall i do feel they are a good doctors surgery but i have had issues and seriously have considered changing to Ascot medical centre.

    I experienced chest pains. NHS website says to contact GP. Online booking says to dial 999 but that seemed extreme so phoned surgery and got GP appointment that day. The doctor was very thorough, patient and explained diagnosis - it seems to be muscular but very comforting to have it checked.

    Filled out a e-consult and received a email to say I will be contacted in a few days it’s been 3 weeks I called the surgery to hear a message saying they was closed due to staff training. Called the surgery on 3 separate occasions, listened to answer phone message then phone hangs up saying “your call cannot be answered please call again later “

    I have had to use the econsultant service a few times recently for my three young children. The gentleman who has called me back to arrange appointments has always been so professional, polite and extremely caring. I’d love to give the practice manager his name so he gets the recognition he deserves. He is a truly wonderful addition to your team.

    My daughter was suffering from severe headaches and neck pain. She submitted an e-consult on 23 November and was given an appointment to speak to a doctor on 6 November. After the phone consultation on 6 November the GP made an appointment for her to attend UCC in Bracknell. The UCC session was with a paramedic which was less than useful given that she was not given any indication of what the cause might be but was simply told to keep taking painkillers and if the situation did not improve then she should go back to her GP. So my daughter was sent on a loop. Her headaches have persisted and I submitted an E-consult again for her this afternoon requesting for the GP to request further investigations such as blood test or scans for my daughter but all she got in return was a notification of a phone appointment on 22 November, which is 12 days away! This was a request for follow up for headaches - which is obviously urgent but we have been sent on a loop. It begs the question of whether anyone actually read those e-Consults before issuing an appointment.
