    It is impossible to contact this doctor surgery. They will not give you appointment in the future and you have to ring on the day. Don’t they understand that people work and cannot always ring at 8 am but need to schedule an appointment in a few days or weeks. Every time you ring you’re on the phone over 45 minutes sometimes the phone cut you off when you get to the front of the queue. Econsult not available, four chairs still in reception. Why? Receptionists are rude and unhelpful. They really do not seem to want to help you. This surgery used to be really good, but they are now very poor.

    The reception staff cannot follow simple instructions from the doctors. Called about recent test results, and the receptionist told me the doctor had left a note for them to call me to make a telephone appointment with the doctor. I asked can I make the appointment, and she said there were no more left and that I should call early next week to make the appointment. This is an absolute joke. Why don't they care for patients? I don't understand why they take these jobs if they don't like people.

    The surgery called me yesterday and asked for me to phone them. I couldn't get to my phone in time to answer their call as it only rang for two rings! They hardly gave me a chance to get to my phone so I phoned the practice back and was left hanging on the line for 47 minutes. When I eventually got to the number one spot in the queue I was cut off by the receptionist. My husband said 'you won't get through' - he was right. Always a disappointing experience with this surgery.

    I have been unable to get an appt for several years, you can only phone between 8-9am when most people are travelling to work and no online appts. Obviously everyone is trying between these times so even after a long wait on the phone you are unsuccessful.I had cancer and thought I had found something suspicious and after 30mins trying to get through I was told there were no appts, I should ring tomorrow and try then. When I said this was not good enough I was told 'we are all in the same boat' and when I said that was not good enough she said she would mention it to the duty doctor. No phone call back. You are not permitted to go into the surgery unless invited and as you cannot see or speak to a doctor it means they are effectively closed. They used to be good and had afternoon appts but apparently they have no plans to do this again after covid as they are happy with the system now.

    Avoid If You Can. It is impossible to get an appointment / get hold of the practice via the phone or the online system. No wonder NHS is on it's knees. in summary: a call is answered by a machine which looks like you will get through however after giving you 2 minutes of useless information they just tell you that your call cannot be answered and tell you to call back another time. Guess what - another time it is the same experience. e-consult is always offline and if sometimes you might be able to fill in the lengthy forms, they do not read anything you wrote and ask you exactly the same questions not to mention they take days to get back to you and rarely get back within the timeline they promise.

    This practice service has fallen in the gutter! They used to be very good, but now they're not helpful at all. You can never get a same day appointment. I started calling at 7:59am last week, as you have to call from 8am, and was number 10 in the queue. Had to wait an hour to be told there were not more appointments that day! Had to go to the UCC to be seen after work, a non life-threatening but still urgent. Tried the e-consult system, also useless as you can get an appointment for non-urgent things for the next day, but no time is given for the appointment. I called reception to check and they can't see the system. The e-consult Dr called when I was in the office, could barely speak with the man, and he was frustrated I couldn't talk, but not my fault they don't tell people what time they're calling to prepare accordingly. Surgery and e-consult doctors are rubbish! They show no consideration or care for patients' privacy or dignity.

    Awful phone system, takes at least 30 mins to get through every time, receptionists aim to stop you getting appointments, one doctor in particular has a curious bedside manner, very unhelpful. Wouldn't recommend this practice at all. Try somewhere else.

    I have been discharged from hospital and I was assured that my GP will provide all essential support. Firstly the GP issued fit note for 2 weeks and explained that it is NHS guidance which is not true. He asked me to use e consult to receive the extension but the service need 3 days to process the request. I sent the list of medication as advised but after 2 days there is no progress and I’m at risk to run out. I didn’t have face to face visit now for more than 2 years. There is no time to fully discuss my pre op and post op conditions and it is expected that I will managed all myself.
