I had a barrage of problems which may or may not be connected and in a lot of pain. I was given very helpful advice and meds which have given relief. I did not have to wait long for an appointment after filling out the triage form online. Very satisfied.

The lady I saw was very helpful and informative also friendly spoke clearly so I understood exactly what she was doing and why. I left feeling very satisfied with her attitude

The Doctors at the surgery are excellent, but getting an appointment is challenging at best, I have been given false information at times and have had to phone 3 times to have confirmation of an appointment with a particular Doctor.

I had a thorn in my finger nurse said it would work its way out unfortunately it’s still very swollen the nurse was extended helpful In getting my rings off thank you

Very clean and tidy, lovely doctors and nurses. The receptionists are very helpful with booking you an appointment when needed

Receptionist was helpful Doctor was excellent System is poor and needs fixing as is this process where I can’t leave a review with less than 100 characters. Why is that?

My recent experience comprised two parts, a blood test as part of an annual review and the discussion with the pharmacist about the results of the test. The whole process was reassuring and confirmed that my medication was working correctly.
