I rang on the Thursday. Got an appointment on Friday morning. The doctor was very pleasant. Explained everything to me and what I should do next. Very reassuring

I cannot thank this practise enough for being on the ball with my symptoms and getting the diagnosis right so that I could have essential treatment quickly.

Assessed as an urgent case and seen within one hour, by both a paramedic and a Doctor, Difficult to get a better service.

Excellent services from Nurses and GP. Friendly, kind and very informative conversations. They listened to all my concerns and were very helpful.

I had an appointment to have some blood tests something I have to do regularly. On this occasion at Greens Norton I was taken into my appointment on time and the blood tests were extremely quick and completely painless (I didn’t even realise she has taken my blood). Very kind and polite too.

An appointment was easily made, date, time readily agreed, registration on arrival was simple followed by a short waiting time in a clean, comfortable area. I was invited into a treatment room by a cheerful, smiling nurse who confirmed the required procedure. With great dexterity a sample was taken, followed by an exchange of opinion about the weather and I was on my way. In total a pleasing episode.

My appointment s with my social prescriber is always booked without problems.. But when trying to book to see a doctor in surgery it’s very difficult… everything to be done on line which isn’t good for me or my mum because we don’t do online!! Can’t book an appointment at the desk anymore!! It’s not a very good system,especially for the elderly!! When you finally can see a doctor at this practice, I find the treatment very good..
