Having been advised my GP would not be able to provide my MRI results. Once I explained my two weeks wait for an appointment was to ascertain the 2021 result of an MRI brain scan, my GP immediately provided the results, I having been told by more than one receptionist that this was not possible. I am now relieved to have received a positive outcome, after a long wait.

I only joined the practice in Feb 2024. On my first visit with a doctor there who referred me on a 2 week wait to Breast Clinic at NGH. Within that time I have been diagnosed with dcis breast cancer and will have surgery soon to remove this. I am extremely grateful for his vigilance.

My first visit to the practise was amazing, I’d had a consultation, blood tests, hospital procedure and results within 2 weeks of first visit. What a lovely team, thank you

The doctor I saw was a good listener and fully understood my needs/concerns and was happy to discuss various treatments etc

I attended a Gp appointment recently. I was impressed at how quickly I was sble to be seen (next day). The receptionist was kind snd helpful. I recentlyhad an appointment with a GP. He was very kind and I was impressed with his professionalism in how he managed my referral.

Seen on time. Fast and efficient response to my medical issues and well explained. I left feeling reassured. I even received a follow up call and had assistance with booking my appointment at the hospital
