I may have to wait to get through on the phone and wait for an appointment but everyone that I have ever dealt with at the surgery has been friendly, helpful and professional, even in the recent very busy times

I have been having problems with my hip for several months now and finding it hard to continue to work but after my last visit meditation was issued and for now the problem is under control but it took me two appointments with other doctors and phone appointment .I then got an appointment with my actual Doctor and was sorted within 10 minutes so I now can continue to work without having severe hip pain

I had a visit with a nurse who was so kind and friendly, listened to my concerns, was helpful with information, really took time to check me out. I also saw the GP who treated me just as kindly and understandingly, I was really pleased with the service and felt unrushed,and was shown compassion and they really listened, they took their time, and really were very supportive. Cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you

I found the Dr extremely understanding with my condition. Treated the issue well I’m now well on the mend now. He set up a follow up appointment a month later to monitor my progress. I’m happy to say my recovery has been great thanks to the excellent treatment from the surgery.

From the efficient and kind staff at reception to all of the clinicians who I have seen, the pleasant manner and dedication to providing an excellent service is apparent. I feel so fortunate to have been registered at a surgery which provides such thorough treatment. Thank you.

The care received from all the staff and doctors during my father's last year's had been exemplary. Now we are in his last months the team has been very supportive in every way. Answering questions in a sympathetic manner and ensuring that Dads last days are as comfortable as possible. Thank you.

From first phone call to resolve problem was 3 hours. Very efficient reception. Runs like clockwork. Same day assessment and saw my GP who went above and beyond what I asked him. I thoroughly recommend Greens Norton medical centre. In more than 25 years I have not had a single bad experience. Well done and thank you to the whole team
