Very friendly clinician. The appointment scheduled was carried out on time. Surgery was clean and peaceful apart from the radio

I found that the clinician I saw was very thorough, with careful examination. However, getting an appointment is difficult. The wait for a call to be answered can be over 20 minutes, which is time I cannot spare when I'm working. Appointments can be booked via the Internet, but tend to be a long way in the future, not particularly helpful when you're in pain now.

I was messaged advising that I needed to make an appointment for a routine blood test and BP. My height, weight and BP were recorded but nurse decided I didn’t need a blood test.

I was seen punctually and both the doctor and nurse were kind, efficient and reassuring I felt they were concerned to make sure all my questions were fully answered

My last experience was simply a blood test. The nurse was very competent, quick and very pleasant. At my request she looked up all my prescriptions and annual review date and gave me the months of the year when I it was now my job to arrange for repeat tests. This was a small experience but typical.

The pharmacy staff moved heaven and earth to fill my prescription. They are always ‘flat out’ but so cheery. An absolute pleasure to deal with.

I’ve been with the practice for 23 years and have always come away satisfied with the service. The waiting time to get an appointment is more difficult now but considering the situation the service at Weedon is exceptional
