Arrived for appointment was seen on time and referred to specialist quickly. Couldn’t ask for more. Practice building was clean and tidy as before

The practitioner listened to me as well as knowing my previous history so had obviously read my notes. Also suggested on going treatment

We have been registered since the opening of Greens Norton Medical Centre and have always experienced professionalism with kindness. We do not intend moving out of this catchment area. Please continue with the excellent service.

Very professional and caring. Efficiency coupled with compassion. Follow up diagnostic tests arranged if necessary. The support staff are efficient and friendly. When you hear the horror stories other people have, I feel lucky to be a patient

I had a serious bout of bronchitis and could not get out. A clinical nurse called on me extremely promptly, and one of the practice doctors followed up six days later. Both of these ladies were extremely good and thorough.

Reception staff, doctors nurses pharmacy team all helpful and attentive to the patients needs. They go out of their way to help and provide care.
