As usual we received excellent care by all the staff at the GMP. We had our child's first vaccinations and felt the progress was faultless. We had lots of reassurance, the jabs were also done at the same time making it a much smoother process. After we were given a private room to ensure we were comfortable and happy before leaving! Thanks for all the effort.

Reception staff are welcoming helpful and efficient. The Doctor listened , examined me , and explained options and offered solutions . She was easy to talk to ,made a prescription , a referral for a scan and appointment for a physio assessment. Job done and made me feel welcome too . Thank you for making me feel looked after and easing any anxiety . I had

I had to make an emergency same day face to face appointment. This was no problem and I got the help I needed. I was in extreme pain and really couldn’t wait.

Needed to check something wasn’t serious and got an immediate appointment via a very friendly receptionist and an encouraging diagnosis from the doctor. Superbly managed end to end practice. Someone there is making a huge effort to create such a supportive culture.

It is great that the Greenway Practice has a physiotherapist. I have a painful leg so was able to just call up and get an appointment with him the following week and saw him today. Saved having to wait for a GP appointment who would then have had (in the past) to refer me to a physio probably at the hospital and that would have taken up GP time and meant a long wait to get a hospital appointment. Great service, thank you.

Due to sickness with staff my “bloods” were re-organised at short notice. Very well performed at 12.40pm but still caught the midday transfer and Warfarin Dept at Southmead rang me at 3.45pm with results.
