    This is my 87 year old mothers practice who suffers from Dementia, Chronic COPD, deaf and she is bed bound, I care for my mum and deal with her correspondence including telephone issues, this practice is very difficult with releasing her vital medication. To the point of several calls today with no result of her meds, I had to call an ambulance as her nebula needed for her nebuliser, I'm very disappointed, this practise my mum has used for 55 years.

    My surgery sent me a message to say I had an appointment. They gave a date but not a time. A few days later, the surgery called me at 8:30an to discuss my results. I was on my way to work, on the underground and missed the call. I think it is shocking you give an appointment date but no time. Don’t ever do this again. It’s shocking and unprofessional!

    I had a truly awful experience with this practice. The doctors and management are unbelievably rude and careless. From the moment I walked in, I felt like an inconvenience to them. The staff were dismissive and unprofessional, making no effort to make me feel comfortable or heard. When I tried to ask questions about my treatment, the doctor was condescending and made me feel like my concerns didn't matter at all. The management, when I tried to escalate my concerns, was equally unhelpful, showing no regard for patient care or satisfaction. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It’s clear they don’t care about their patients' well-being or their experience. Avoid at all costs.

    I have been with this practice for over 15 years and have noticed a real decline in this practice over recent years. I went to see my doctor in September and it was recommended that I get a blood test after the initial consultation, so was to book an appointment on the way out. I went to the reception and they stated that the earliest blood appointment was 10 days away. I agreed to the appointment and the day before the appointment I got a text saying the appointment was cancelled as the person carrying out the tests was ill. I rebooked for a week later and the same thing happened in terms of a cancellation. I then rang up the practice reception and waited 28 minutes to get through, only to be told the nurse will be off at least until the end of October. The receptionist suggested that I go back to the practice and pick up the paperwork for the blood test and take it to a hospital. I then asked if the hospital is a walk in service for blood tests and the receptionist did not know. After the call I looked up blood tests for local hospitals and medical centres and they are appointment only. The receptionist should know that they are appointment only. The earliest blood test appointment is 3rd November which will be six weeks after I first visited my doctor. If a nurse is off sick for a month is this practice saying that they cannot get cover for the nurse who is on sick leave?

    Much like other reviews here. The surgery is impossible to reach if you want an appointment. The app to use doesn’t make it easier. Booking times are open for just half an hour early in the morning, no good if you work lates/shifts. On calling the practice after a 30 minute wait the receptionist doesn’t listen to your points and does their best to not make an appointment. I truly do not think they appreciate they’re working (it’s their job they’ve chosen to do) with poorly people, people with mental health problems. I wanted to see a Dr face to face they said I’ll book you in to get bloods done. I’ve had my blood tests cancelled 2 weeks on the run this month. Infsct every single appointment I’ve had with regards to blood tests and smears have been cancelled the day before. 5 times over 18 months. I have emailed asking for replies and got nothing back. I have also gone in face to face to reception and they still couldn’t do what was needed Rude, unsatisfactory verging on incompetent. A shocking way to run a Doctors surgery. Obviously don’t care.

    The past couple of months I have been trying to reach the practice by phone and it has never been answered even when I was 1st in the line and rand for 20 mins. When I went into the practice, it took someone ten minutes to even ask why I was waiting. I have been waiting for a referral to a private GP as I have private medical insurance for a month and it has not been provided and my pain is increasing. I sent a chaser email and no response.

    First they make you book an appointment by an app that barely works but only between 7:45 and 8:30 on weekdays even if you don’t need a same day appointment. Then if they do decide to give you an appointment they don’t bother saying if it is on the phone or in person. So you go in for what you assume is an in person appointment because the app has the location as the practice only to find out no it’s on the phone oh and you missed the call while waiting to check in so now you have to waste another 1 hour waiting around for someone who isn’t a doctor to call you. No apologies for me or the woman in front of me who also had something cancelled without being told. Just bad management of everything overall

    I had very bad experience yesterday at the GP. My prescription wasn’t sent to the pharmacy, so I had to call GP. I was stuck in the Call queue for 55 min despite being 2 nd . And then after was told that I can’t get medicine I asked . What is this unacceptable& this needs to be improved asap . Very, very disappointed.

    I have been contacted to book my daughter’s 12 months vaccine. The practice sent me a reminder the day before. I attended the appointment to be told: (1) nurse is not there; (2) they don’t know why nurse is not there; (3) they don’t know why they didn’t inform me; (4) manager is not there; (5) they don’t know why manager is not there nor where manager is. No doctor can give the injection either. My daughter was not given the vaccine and I didn’t receive any explanation. Also this is the second time I leave this review as the first the review disappeared after being published.
