Had telephone booked consultation with my regular gp was easy to get all receptionist hard working and assist best they can .after consultation gp offered face to face following day gp aware how my anxiety affects me and made me feel comfortable on my visit .I felt completely listened to gp was very professional and acted right away with medication he said will be of benefit and requested other tests to ensure I am on right dosage for condition.I was involved in all treatments and giving good advise .gp then gave me time to talk through my worries without making me feel I was wasting time.I trust this gp with my life he’s extremely conscientious on patient care compassionate kind caring .and shines through that his patients are his prime priority he goes well above and beyond in patient care and I am immensely great full to this gp. I’d also like to say the surgery is teamwork and they all work so well as a great team I hugely appreciate having you all .where would I be without you all thank you

Ring up first thing in the morning to get told they haven’t got no more appointments left, when you ring for re prescriptions they give you 4 different types of tables, never consistent, my most recent time they told me I should be on certain ones I went to pick my prescription up and they have gave me the ones they said I shouldn’t be taking… said they would speak to the doctor to see what’s going on and give a call back and never got a call back from all the times they have said this.. since covid this place has gone down massively and needs a serious look at the staff they have got now.

I came to the surgery for a coil fitting. I found the receptionists very friendly and the lady who I saw regarding my coil was lovely and very helpful. I could tell they were extremely busy but I didn’t feel like I was rushed in my appointment. Thank you for putting my mind at ease.
