    I had another wonderful experience! The staff were absolutely great—friendly, professional, and attentive. I only had to wait for 10 minutes, which is fantastic and shows how well they manage their appointments. This isn’t the first time I’ve had such a positive experience here; they consistently provide excellent service and always offer soon appointments, which I really appreciate. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend! This version keeps the sentiment intact while making it flow smoothly. Let me know if you'd like further adjustments Thank you all

    my husband is scheduled for replacement heart valves was sent home while being in hospital waiting to be taken down for surgery as no ICU bed left. now needs a sick note as the hospital recommend he should not work due to the risk between his next scheduled date. The delay in responding is increasing his anxiety meaning he may need to go to A&E even causing further incident. it seems for the practice issuing the sick note in this sort of case is not a high enough priority if this isn't what is ???

    One particular receptionist is always very rude to me, even though my partner had some serious health issues including lung problems. She is very irritating to speak to as she's always very unhelpful.

    The last 2 visits was ok the first visit I had to wait for an hour But they are helpful and the lady who collect the blood is great Thank you

    Too long waiting for phone to be answered. Supposed to be number 1 in line. Staff obviously gone for tea break no thought for urgency of call, just waited and waited. Very poor service. Is this a reflection of the service you provide! Not a good reflection to the care of your patients Still holding on for your receptionist to answer so can’t give a definitive answer

    I recently called this surgery at 8am on a Monday after a week of pain in my neck and upper shoulder. I was answered in about 5 minutes and the lady on reception listened carefully to what I was saying and stated I think you might need to see our physiotherapist,my heart sank as I thought that will surely take weeks but no! She offered me an appointment that same morning at Morton Surgery. I was so grateful and so impressed that she triaged me and offered me a same day solution. My interactions with this surgery have always been really positive but this was 5 star care indeed. Well done grosvenor you are setting the bar high.

    Fantastic service I completed an online form for an appointment to see my GP. I received a call the same did and was given an appt within a week. Reception staff was very polite and professional and always happy to help Great surgery

    Can never get through to this surgery easily. Also now has a new recorded message that too busy and cuts you off. Doctors great when you can get to see one.

We have installed new telephone service to help patients and you can now use call back service, this option is for patients rather having to wait for their call to be answered, practice will contact you directly when you turn comes in a queue. You also can use Accurx service from our practice website this is very prompt way to get through to the practice. . We are continue to provide you best service we can.
