    I went to this surgery for registration, and the receptionist was very rude and arrogant. I believe they were European, not English. I found that receptionist mostly arguing and fighting and shouting with other patients as well

    Just a few of the issues are listed below but I would go somewhere else if you care for your health. 1. If you accidentally cancel the appointment they immediately give it out to someone else 2. The only way to get an appointment is to cal at 08:30, not doable if you work the standard 08:30 to 17:00 3. The doctors do not want to see you face to face. 4. Receptionist are lovely in person however not great on the phone 5. You have to fight to get important medical documents signed

    Impossible to see a doctor, receptionists are actively unhelpful; essentially they don’t want to be there and they don’t want you to be there either. They are telling us we need private healthcare because they don’t offer healthcare anymore.

    impossible to contact for the working people,ring ring ring from 8am until 9:45 only to be told there are no appointments,ring back tomorrow at 8am...and so it goes on...some of us cannot spend that time on the phone,we have to work to pay for the service we cannot access...no doubt it'll be the same old reply about using the online appointments - guess what?! your website does not work,try and follow the steps to make appointment and takes you back to the start...it is impossible.Reception staff are abrupt and unhelpful...they clearly do not want to work there.I think Grosvenor have made it deliberatley difficult to get an appointment to put you off! not recommended - the worst

    I had an ultrasound appointment on the 31st January and was told I would have my results back in 3-5 days. I have just called on Monday the 6th Feb to be told that yes they have my results but cannot discuss them until the 17th Feb. I’m sorry but when you don’t know what’s wrong with you and the only thing to put your mind at rest is the results which they have, I can’t know about them until over 2 weeks later! Horrible

    Had many awful experiences. It’s incredibly hard to get an appointment and the doctors don’t listen to your issues at all. Practice manager wouldn’t call me when I reached out. Doctor told me it’s the state of the nhs but not all surgeries aren’t like this
