    Hi, I have recently had to make an appointment to see a doctor. Within minutes the young lady who had taken my call had sorted it all out for me in a friendly and very professional manner. I know of people who have complained about the service from Grove House practice reception. I for one have had a excellent experience in dealing with her, she is an asset to your team and deserves some recognition. Unfortunately this review will not allow me to name her but hopefully she will read this and know that I appreciate her professional approach to patient well being.

    I’ve had various issues with this surgery but today I was seen by the lovely Dr Dooley, what a lovely lady, very knowledgeable but also took the time to explain everything to me so it was understandable and not just a lot of jargon. Dr Dooley made this visit to the surgery a very pleasant one. Thank you Dr Dooley.

    In January I give birth to my baby at Warrington Hospital, was a normal birth and in the place where I have been cut it get infected but inside, I realise that I have an infection and I had a lot of pain for 2 months and a discharge aswell and I booked my self to a check up in Grove House and the doctor gave me some antibiotics and it was help me a little bit in meanwhile the results from the swab has come back ( I had to call to check how they are, no body call me ) and they found a very bad infection and I get a referral for a scan, was really strange that everything was fine any way and they have prescribed for me antibiotics for 3 months and that antibiotics help me at the beginning but after 3 months of antibiotics the pain has coming back and I have decided to go to A&E I was waiting there for 5 hours with my little baby and they have told me that is not an emergency and I have to go to the GP because they will send a request for a referral to a Gynaecologist Doctor and they have said that to call the GP in case I don’t hear anything back from the GP and I haven’t heard, I call them and after a week they even didn’t look at that request and they said that they will make the referral for me and after a few days I called again to see because I has in pain and plus on my period was passed 14 days and they book for me an appointment face to face and when I arrived and I have explained how I feel the nurse said “ yes, you need a referral for a gynaecologist doctor “ , and yes they haven’t book the appointment yet . After I get a referral which was saying that they referred me to the gynaecologist and if I don’t here anything since 15/ 05 to call the hospital I have done that because of course no body call me, and the hospital was saying that they don’t have space for me and to call after 15/06 and I had go back to the GP explain to them that I can’t wait is almost 4 months since they do like that and they have said that they will let the doctor know to see and after I get a message that I have a GP telephone appointment on 20/06 I think they expect me to die or something. As I said I have over 4 months with this infection, terrible pain, plus I’m bleeding over 25 days now and they don’t care at all. Is hard for me to taking care of my baby. I don’t know what to do anymore. The worst service I ever had.

    I did an econsult for Grove house practice at 8am with symptoms of tonsillitis, I received a telephone call at 9.45am to say the GP will see me this morning.... Can't get better than that!

    I have been dealing with stomach problems and the dr i was dealing with has been very warm friendly and really Took the time to listen and understand, which is quite rare from past experiences with grove house, just goes to show that just listening helps a lot!

    I spoke to a lovely friendly girl on reception,that explained there were no appointments available for a face to face appointment to see a Doctor, so she put me through to triage and I got to see a nurse that afternoon regarding my problem.

    Dear Mrs Keogh thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are a large multi clinician team who are qualified to help in different ways. If it was only GPs there would be far less appointments to give. The triage system (although it can feel frustrating it is the safeset and most effective way to work) This way we can help more people get the right care in the right time.     I’m not a constant visitor to the practice . The few occasions I’ve been, I have seen different doctors each time . I miss my family doctor relationship . Having met and conversed with the same lady over the past few weeks . I really do feel satisfied with everything she has done and continue s to do for me . Feels like a family doctor experience I was had . . This busy world often means that people tend not to have time for others . I get that . But this lady gives me the impression that she really does care . She also said that good service is something you should expect . That may be true but I’m still very grateful for your very valuable time I hope you have a long career at this vocation you have chosen . Some people are just made for there careers

    My wife called to ask why my monthly medication order had been cancelled, she spoke to a male member of staff who was rude and just said can’t discuss it with you… she just wanted to order my monthly heart and diabetes medication but didn’t want to know any medical or personal information so wasn’t breaking any gdpr rules, I suggest this staff member attends some customer service training and gets som manners!

    The receptionist was extremly helpful friendly and professional from booking my twp daughters appointments today and also with help after the appointment with follow-up questions regarding my daughters prescription.
