I had an urgent appointment and was seen the next morning after ringing at 5;45 the previous night the service I received was outstanding understanding and Caring and explained the next steps Dr was exceptional thank you .

I called to make an apt with the Doctor as I was requested to do so in my letter. It was a lady who answered my call. I found her to be very thorough in checking my first query re my new medication Methotrexate. She kindly advised that my Doctor was awaiting confirmation from my consultant at Aintree hospital to enable my prescription to be ordered from Grove House. I advised for my appointment, if possible I would prefer a face to face apt . She gave me the date and time of my appointment. She asked if I was ok to get to Heath Road surgery. I thought this was a real considerate question from her asking if it was ok and not presuming I was. I was 100% happy with her professional help and advice to me today.

Doctor was so understanding and put together quite a complex plan for me. She took all my anxiety away and reassured me that things would be quickly in place. Thank you so very much for a well orchestrated and helpful response.

Excellent service today - friendly receptionist and my case was reviewed and I had the invitation of an appointment by the time I got home. Dr/healtcare was very professional and talked me through my symptoms and procedure.

Rang today and got seen by a GP today, all very helpful staff I also felt in the appointment I was not rushed in explaining what was wrong I was very satisfide with the out come of my treatment
