Great, polite and professional help from the receptionist today. Wait on phone was not over long and once through issue was dealt with very quickly.

I have recently had an appointment at grove house. dr pasha was extremely compassionate caring thorough kind and helpful. She listened to my concerns and gave me some helpful tips for my health and well-being. I felt at ease and in safe hands. She arranged a series of blood tests and today I had a telephone appointment with dr pasha for my results. It was a pleasure to meet this lovely trainee gp and I am happy to recommend her to anyone looking for a gp would be extremely happy for her to care for me in the future. I would like to thank her and wish her good luck with her future as a fully qualified doctor at Grove House Partnership

Such a bad experience from this practice. From hanging up the phone on me while I’m on hold to make me re ring up to go through all the steps again and again. I’ve spent 3 days trying to ring to get an appointment and I’ve not spoke to any medical staff yet. Just receptionists. Such a poor service.

Honestly cannot fault this doctors practice since moving to the area. Over the last year I have needed a few emergency appointments and every time I’ve managed to get an appointment same day, usually within a few hours of submitting an online patchs request (which is a fantastic service). Every time I’ve called in or called on the phone I’ve had great service from the receptionists. Also a special mention about an ANP (unfortunately it won’t let me mention her name), I seem to always be booked in with, who I cannot fault as she always puts my mind at ease and I can tell really cares - hopefully as I mentioned this today, she will know I mean her. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I had an urgent appointment and was seen the next morning after ringing at 5;45 the previous night the service I received was outstanding understanding and Caring and explained the next steps Dr was exceptional thank you .

I called to make an apt with the Doctor as I was requested to do so in my letter. It was a lady who answered my call. I found her to be very thorough in checking my first query re my new medication Methotrexate. She kindly advised that my Doctor was awaiting confirmation from my consultant at Aintree hospital to enable my prescription to be ordered from Grove House. I advised for my appointment, if possible I would prefer a face to face apt . She gave me the date and time of my appointment. She asked if I was ok to get to Heath Road surgery. I thought this was a real considerate question from her asking if it was ok and not presuming I was. I was 100% happy with her professional help and advice to me today.
