    I have an ongoing issue, I can email in and request to see the same GP which is important and can organise an appointment in a sensible fashion and lead time. The GP shows real interest and care, listens, offers advice and is proactive as much as possible. I consider myself very lucky to have the groves as my GP surgery.

    I have been having significant issues setting up my NHS app, particularly in trying to connect the app with my medical records held at the Groves Medical Centre. This has been going on for over six weeks with the NHS app support team. I contacted the Groves this afternoon asking them to help me with this and within an hour they had dealt with the situation, which was complex, and had resolved the situation quickly and efficiently, and I am very impressed with how helpful and supportive they have been.

    I was reviewed by the practice pharmacist. She was extremely professional and very pleasant. She went through my history and checked my medications and gave me good advice. She also booked me for routine blood tests that I require.

    A detectably improved responsiveness has characterised my interaction with the surgery over Christmas and the New Year, from the surgery desk through to referrals and discussions with doctors. I have been impressed and am grateful for the way things have been dealt with. Keep up the good work, it is making a huge difference. This has applied to appointments, reviews, treatments and future plans over viral breathing problems over weeks.

    I went for my smear test today and have to admit to always finding it most uncomfortable procedure. However today in the hands of the nurse it was the most efficient of procedures and not uncomfortable at all. She was most kind and also very efficient. Thank you so much.

    Using the online triage system I received a call within the hour and offered an appointment the next morning. The senior practise nurse was empathetic, thorough and offered great advise for managing my health. The service offered was so improved from my last few at the Groves. I had resorted to paying for a private GP at the New Victoria Hospital as I was unable to get through to the Groves on several occasions in the last two years.

    When evar I call to book in appointment they say go by online when I book online. There’s no day then they say we well call u I’ve been waiting for 4 days no response from the gp

    I filled in long questionnaire most answering none of the above. At the end there was no space for me to leave a comment. If i had been able to say "Hospital suggests I see GP for blood pressure check" I would have been happy to leave it to the automated system.

    Used the online triage system to report a suspicious mole. Got appointment within 5 working days. the clinical pharmacist was very polite, quick & efficient, confirming a specialist referral was needed. Have been referrred for the 2 week rapid check recommended by NICE. Very satisfied

    I arrived about 10 minutes early and was called in almost immediately and I was seen by both a GP and a pharmacist, who both concurred as to my problem. I was prescribed medication and I was shortly walking out of the surgery confident that my fears of something more serious had been relieved. Very professional and efficient staff
