    Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Often takes a while to get through to them on the phone however there is an option to retain your position in the queue and get a call back which is good. Doctors and nurses are all friendly too and professional with excellent knowledge.

    There was a problem with my wife's repeat prescription. Our pharmacy said that a very important medication was unavailable, for the foreseeable future. The person on the phone at the practice was very helpful. She phoned me back within 10 minutes, having seen a doctor, who issued a new prescription to a different pharmacy.

    The Service I have received to manage my asthma is excellent. Making the appointment is frustrating as I cannot do it online and have to phone queue. Although the call back is a good improvement, but difficult to manage meetings at work when you don’t know when the call back will be

    I've never seen such a appauling surgery. This surgery really needs to get shut down. They are really unhelpful and not at all empathetic. They ask us to fill in a rapid health and do not get back to us. What is the point of filling such a long questionnaire in and don't even get a response. We finally book an appointment and it's not even with a dr, it's with a clinician who sends us home saying theres nothing to worry about! The receptionist are also soo unhelpful and unbothered it's unreal. Also, when we finally do get an appointment with the dr, they see if the reason is appropriate and if it's not they decide themselves and change it according to the appointment to see the clinician. I have filled in the Rapid health last night, for a emergency and still haven't heard anything back and it's 11:06.

    Doctor was on time ,thorough, and informative. We discussed what the medication would or would not do and if not suitable, to give the surgery a call and it would be changed if unsuitable. Not much more you can ask for really.

    Saw the doctor and she was very helpful and made me feel at ease. Understanding my individual problems she proceeded to book me in for further much needed appointments without me asking.

    I had a very positive and quick appointment this morning. The only feedback I have relates to the pre-appointment communications by text when it comes to blood tests, as I had to call the surgery the day before to confirm if it was a fasting or non-fasting blood test. If this was made clear in the texts beforehand, then it would save time spent dealing with an additional phone call to the surgery to clarify that. So just a suggestion but otherwise I had a good experience.

    Impossible to get an appointment anymore! Have been with the surgery for over 30 years. Haven’t needed an appointment for a few years and tried to book an appointment today but nothing available for over a week!! Online triage system is clunky - really disappointing
