My son was seen same day as made the call was fast & quick highly recommend this surgery I was called by the gp@9:40am was told take him in & was seen within half an hour

She was very professional on all she said and she was doing everything she can to solve the problem i have but unfortunately is not everyone in this surgery like her most of the doctors they are not professional like her and the reception staff never answer the phone if you call them one day i tried 4 times and every time i was on the phone for over 25 minutes but never got to speak to them

Dear Mr Rosioru Thank you for your feedback I am sorry you had difficulty in contacting the surgery by telephone, I understand how frustrating this can be and encourage our patients to use alternative methods of contacting us The incoming telephone calls are monitored and the reception team are answering approximately 700 telephone calls per week as well as dealing with patients who visit the Practice. You can download the NHS App or visit our website at www.halbuttstreetsurgery.co.uk to use our eConsult online service for appointments or patient queries. happy with getting my appointment with the physio today. physio and doctors are very good, caring and understanding. They have a full understanding of my problems.problems dealt with promptly.

i find it easier to get an e consult, i get a very fast response. Doctor was very thorough and excellent service. Doctor my on and was very happy with the service

Being anew patient i was very impressed with starting from the receptionist to the doctor. The doctors were understanding and caring. I received my appoint fairly quick.
