Rang to book an appointment for my mother. The receptionist listened carefully and dealt with the enquiry efficiently and professionally.He explained procedures and alternatives clearly. Your reception team do their best to make difficult situations better. Thank you all.

Ever since the cameras left in the 2019 from GP behind closed doors this practice has been going downhill. The phone service is not fit for purpose and any feedback regarding complaints is ignored. If you come into the practice to make an appointment it is impossible and if you voice concerns about not being able to get an appointment to the receptionists you are asked to leave with no help. The practice is like a ghost town with no patients inside as they insist on doing everything over the phone and the patient car park is now used by the staff.

I was pleased to see the new healthy eating event taking place today so I attended. I enjoyed the afternoon we were made welcome and the Dr kept good time between the speakers who were all interesting I picked up a few things. I would have liked to have seen a bit more about adapting healthy choices for patients with other ailments, eg IBS but as a diabetic I was happy with that focus. I would love to see more events like this with speakers from groups or organisations including NHS as the info is a trusted source I hope HGH will consider a few more in future. Topics I would be interested in include mental health conditions how to live well, look after yourself, relaxation and exercise. I’d be interested in a medication/Pharmacist talk, dealing with side effects, what the popular meds like statins actually do etc Thank you for organising it.
