The dedication and commitment shown by my pharmacist on April 1st was nothing short of superb. She took her job very seriously, conducting a thorough set of tests on my blood sample to make sure that all aspects of my health were analysed properly, and took the time to explain to me the implications and recommended actions where needed. We looked back at the previous results and were able to see the trends and make sure to flag any residual concerns. This approach was very welcome indeed after my misfortune in suffering an ischaemic stroke just over a year ago. Very well done and my sincere thanks for taking her job so seriously and showing such an excellent level of care.

Got a phone call from a nurse, asking the right questions, taking the time to understand the answers and more importantly actioning it all in a swift manner

Overall, this surgery is great. If I ever need to call for an appointment I’m able to get one within a couple of days if it’s an emergency or if it’s for bloods or injections then it’s usually within a week, two at the most. I often op for phone call appointments which the calls themselves have always been great and getting to the bottom of things. My only issue is that I’m often waiting up to an hour past my appointment time for the call which is a problem due to work and meetings etc. I appreciate other calls may have overrun but a message from the surgery would be useful. I’ve always had excellent experiences with the two female nurses and the pharmacist as they are the ones I’ve had the most interactions with. GPs I have seen have always been good too. I feel like 99% of the time I am being listened to and getting somewhere with my health issues. Have been going to the surgery since I was born and won’t change it unless I really need to.

The GP proactively followed up after I visited A&E. They set up relevant appointments and checks to ensure I'm fine

I am sorry I don't know the name but the lady I spoke today over the phone she was very helpful, she solve all my doubts and she really checked my folders, she proved she is a professional and dedicated to her work. 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Following a telephone consultation I was offered an in person appointment few hours later, which I really appreciated. The doctor was attentive and prescribed me medication.

I don't often bother the surgery and they contacted me to initiate recent routine tests ... very efficient. The phone / face-to-face follow-up all seemed centred on my particular needs. A heart-warming experience. I felt very much cared for.

I’ve rarely had to visit a doctor in the last 20 years but recently I had had a few issues where I have really needed medical help and advice. Hammersmith Surgery have been amazing. Both the doctors and nurses I have seen or spoken to on the phone have given me not only an excellent service but have also provided the follow up support and advice I needed. I cannot praise them enough. Thank you.
