Male doctor not caring, unhelpful and unprofessional. Without listening to patients’ questions, he was only able to repeat already-known generic guidelines in an impatient way to hear patients.

Although I’m sure that they were busy, as always with the team at the Hammersmith Surgery, I was treated with professionalism, respect, care, courtesy and good humour. I was reviewed thoroughly, reassured where necessary and all of my questions were answered. As previously arranged via the online Patchs system, I was reviewed via the telephone. Communication was excellent. Despite attempting to contact me several times unsuccessfully, the clinician kept me informed of her attempts via text and kept trying. She finally got through to me, so thank you for persevering.

I try to book appointment since yesterday. New booking system doesn't work at all. Not available at all to book any appointment. When I call them, they suggested to book on line or the first appointment available by phone is in 6 days. I'm with this Gp for 12 years. Never was worse then now. Hope it will change !
