This is a great practice, the doctors and nurses always seem to be caring. Only problem is their phone line, can spend 20min+ trying to get hold of them.

Good & caring approach by the Doctor towards my health issues in question. Well explained. I left the surgery with overall satisfaction. Future guidence was also given on health management.

Left message on NHS website regarding regular prescription at Chemist. The next day, Chemist phoned to say prescription available. Excellent and amazing quick response. Thanks.

I went to doctors as i was suffering from back and stomach pains. After being examined i was asked to send in some samples for testing which led to me being referred to have colonoscopy which was something completely different to why i went to the doctors. Due to the doctor asking for these tests i would not have known about the problem they found.

The practice by itself needs lots of improvement. Waiting list to get an appointment is extremely long, normally it takes a month to book an appointment to see a doctor… same for the phone appointment .. I don’t understand why?!? Despite this I want to mention how lovely is their nurse who normally does vaccinations for my lo. She is so caring and emphatic, I never felt rushed, actually she takes always her time to listen to me and give me support.

Telephone call received with allotted time frame. All topics covered satisfactorily. Plan going forward agreed. Happy with experience. This appointment was a non urgent appointment book via NHS app. I prefer this as trying to book anything over the phone with your surgery is very stressful. They let down your excellent medical team.

Hampton Hill medical centre usually is helpful and supportive, I deal mostly via online access which makes interactions easy. When I go in, the team are helpful and supportive and responsive to my needs.
