I contacted the practice online with a medical problem and a doctor phoned me within 2 hours. Blood tests and an appointment were then booked and I have been referred on appropriately. I feel my medical problems were managed sympathetically and swiftly. Thank you very much!

Ear infections aren't uncommon for me, but still debilitating so I was very pleased when I phoned in for an 'on the day' appointment and was given a morning appointment. I was seen swiftly, my history was listened to and the ear inspected, apologies being given when this clearly caused pain. A spray was prescribed and resolved the issue in a matter of weeks.

I have attended this practice for many years and have found them helpful and attentive when required. The nurse service is excellent and appointments on time.I occasionally see or speak to a doctor as most of my medical needs are at st Georges, Guys or Queen Mary hospitals

I went in for a blood test, the nurse that saw me was wonderful. Very chatty and extremely pleasant. Overall a great visit!

I saw the practice pharmacist and was able to both say how I was feeling generally and make necessary adjustments to my prescriptions.

My son had hurt his shoulder, we were seen very quickly, given pain relief advice and refered for onward treatment at Kingston and Teddington. Always lovely staff both behind the scenes and patient facing. Always go the extra mile to help. Thank you

I had to wait approx 6 weeks to see this particular GP after having emergency surgery, I phoned the day after leaving hospital, was given an app but when I checked in it was a different GP, I then had to wait another 3 weeks before I was seen. I had numerous issues to discuss relating to the surgery and I was given information that was reassuring. However it contradicted information I have had since then so I am now back in a state of anxiety.

I did have a long Waite to see the doctor as I needed to see a certain doctor that knows about skincare. She was very thorough with me and friendly.

I left a message cause I felt absolutely terrible with an aggravated cough & tight chest and I requested antibiotics, a doc got back to me asking for more information which I gave and was seen within 1 hr, the doctor recommended me to go to Kingston Hospital for a chest X-ray as she felt I might be iller, but the antibiotics I was given have done nothing and I have requested the normal Amoxicillin that I have had before, I am still waiting to hear from them but all in all very caring surgery.
