A lovely service from all the doctors, nurses and staff at the practice. Always very quick to respond to the questions about my baby daughter, very thorough too.

Very friendly and knowledgeable doctors, nurses and staff - my appointments are always well handled with enough time to go through my issue, and all staff I’ve come across are always very helpful, thank you!

The GPs in this practice tend to be uniformly good. I have had some issues with administrative stuff, but I am very happy with the doctors.

I was listened to attentively and respectfully, given some good advice for my condition and was happy with the course of action offered. The only down side was the long wait for the routine appointment and then for a blood test but I know from past experience that in a high priority situation I could have had a more immediate consultation.

Since joining this surgery 2 months ago I have not been able to get through to speak to anyone on the phone at all but when I’ve been in the surgery I haven’t heard a phone ring once… I have had requests not booked at the right time and having to wait over 2 months for an appointment. The online booking system allowed me to book me in with a GP to do a smear to only be told by the GP once I’d got there that the GP won’t be doing the smear and it has to be booked in with a nurse! Being a new patient seems to complicate things further and it has just been a stressful and time consuming experience. The nurse I had the smear with was lovely but not gentle and it was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had

Detailed and caring analysis of my needs by my GP with a plan going forward for onward care both I the surgery and in a referral to a specialist in hospital for further analysis.
