Although waiting 5 weeks for my doctor's appointment and another 5 weeks for a blood test I felt being listened to and cared for by getting my health concern investigated. The doctor also addressed an earlier health issue with me which still hasn't resolved and referred me again to Musculoskeletal Triage where I've been seen 5 weeks later. This health concern was professionally cared for and will get investigated further. I'm very grateful for the professional care I've received so far!

I've been seen in a timely manner. I find the staff to be v friendly. There was another member who had to be called in for my apt. they too were great. There are a few familiar faces which is always good to see and they seem to remember me, even though they must see so many other people. I feel I get given a good amount of time in my apts and no rushing. The staff do listen and are flexible enough to accommodate. Referrals are fairly prompt too.

For my appointment on 31 May, I was seen a little early, was listened to, was shown my notes, was given a swift diagnosis and a cogent follow-up plan. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.

Recently attended for a blood test. All was very smooth and efficient. Check in is very easy and I waited only a few minutes before my name was called. The phlebotomist was very calm and polite and treated me with the utmost respect.

Great team of doctors,who will always call you back very quickly if you re feeling very unwell,they will then see you on the same day if they feel it's necessary. I'd like to add too,that while 24/7 caring for my late mum,who had Parkinson's,and was bed bound but mentally so alert,the doctors would always come out for a home visit,and during the pandemic,they looked after my mum and myself with, I can only say,with excellence. I'll take this opportunity to thank all receptionists ,nurses,doctors and all who are involved in this wonderful practise,just knowing and experiencing such a great surgery,makes me feel very fortunate. Thanks again all,look after yourselves too!

The appointment was on time, friendly efficient and reassuring. Across the board the doctors at the surgery have always been professional and approachable. You get the feeling that you matter, and that the surgery staff genuinely care.

Only waited 5 minutes after appointment time. Very friendly and helpful doctor. Listened to and answered all my questions. Eventually went over my alloted time, yet was in no hurry to rush me out.

Most of the staff here are amazing! Thats when you get a appointment which can be very difficult here. Very easy to get to in main high street with Car parks nearby. Also the lift in the building is handy for non able patients. Minor improvement inside could be to have water machine available to the patients in the waiting room as the wait can be quite long somtimes.
