Although waiting times can be long, when something urgent came up the surgery responded very quickly and the service was excellent..

I had a good explanation of blood tests results and proposed treatment. Very caring and friendly GP I feel very lucky to be a patient of this practice they are always great and helpful

I often hear complains registered in other practices how in England people cannot get touch with doctor and that they treat everything with paracetamol only. I always listen it with the utter surprise. My experience with Hampton Hill practice was always very very positive. My and my mum' doctor is very knowledgable and kind. She is the part of the community and everybody knows and highly respects her. I personally like it very much that we don't need to go to the clinic about every little thing and that there are call consultantions and many things can be adressed via email. If I call the receptionists always assess if the issue should be addressed asap or if they can book me for days to come. I like also the online booking system. I really liked that the patients with the same issue had a group session. This gave us all whole hour with doctor l. What a brilliant idea to save time rather than repeating the same 34 times and we would never had 1 hour individually. I would recommend that the doctor records the presentations and sends them to the relevant patients. This would motivate us to make changes in our life. I know that there are plenty of resources out there on the internet but I think that receiving it from our local doctor that we know and respect makes difference. She could then also send us survey asking on how we progressing.

I required an appointment re blood pressure,and I was given one within a few days.The doctor I saw I thought was excellent and sorted me out with another problem.

Brilliant Doctors & Staff. Been with the surgery since 2007 and cannot recommend highly enough. The Doctors are very informative and staff very attentive.

Both receptionists helped with smiles helping answer some admin questions that I asked. My appointment was on time and my symptoms discussed in a concise pleasant manner. My questions regarding medical terms were explained so I felt it had been as pleasant an experience as could have been in the circumstances.
