I find the Doctors at this surgery extremely helpful, they really listen to the patient. Their level of care is consistently high.

My appointment today was punctual and the GP I saw was thorough, reassuring and empathetic. He referred me for an urgent appointment at Kingston Hospital and that has been already scheduled for a week today. I have been very impressed with all the communication I have received so far and how quickly I am next being seen.

I have been with this doctors for over 30 years my husband swamped doctors and joined this one along with most of my family great doctors great nurses very happy with this surgery and will stay with them for the rest of my days

I sought advice concerning a urinary tract problem; the care and advice I received from s.c has been comprehensive, clear and prompt. I am reassured and feel my condition is coming into control. Personal thanks to the Doctor who advised me.

Thank you for treating my 3 year old daughter quickly and in such a caring manner. I have always received an excellent service from this practice. All of the doctors and staff have been exceptional.

I had an appointment for 15.15 and arrived about 15.00. The group had started about 30 mins previously so I missed most of it and didn’t really have a clue what was going on!! Very strange and a waste of time !

Was seen on time. Nice to see the surgery getting back to normal. Was able to see the doctor of my choice. People here have been kind to me over the years and take the time to really listen to you.

Saw a GP last week after I coughed up some blood. They got me in very quickly and the doctor was very kind and patient with me as I had a few questions. He was very thorough in testing me and we found out I had pneumonia. Receptionists were also kind and helpful. Thank you for the prompt and kind service.

Always helpful and very supportive. Always keeping on top of everything. And are great listeners or ask them for help. Or ideas of next steps in health. Love them much, i will never change my drs.
