I went to the surgery for a vaccine and could not get the BP machine to work both the receptionist and a nurse went above and beyond to help me register my BP as needed

Attended for Flu vaccination with Nurse. Simple to book with Surgery on line and appointment straight-forward and seen immediately.

Came in for my flu jab and everything went very smoothly. The nurse was both pleasant and efficient. I also asked the receptionist to help me with booking my COVID booster because I couldn’t find a slot online and she quickly solved my problem. Additionally she also helped, at my request, to change a telephone appointment with a doctor to a face to face one so I could explain in person a couple of recent occurrences that have been affecting my health. The help I received today was caring, sympathetic and efficient.

The receptionists and doctors have always been brilliant when I have needed help. When I needed to be referred urgently onto a specialist service the duty doctor helped me very swiftly and I was referred on for help. Thank you for all you do.

I have multiple visits over the last month and the care and attention provided to ensure I recover is an example of the best of the NHS. Following my surgery to remove basal cell carcinoma areas one wounds was septic. I was immediately prescribed antibiotics and as recovery began my dressings were changed frequently to facilitate the optimum healing. So a big thank you to the nurses and the doctors for looking after me.
