I had my Annual Flu Jab and Covid Booster within a seven day time frame. No problems.and bang on time. The lady was giving booster jabs every two minutes to patients!

Dealt with my symptoms very well, very attentive to my needs, the GP also called a specialist at a hospital to help diagnose and recommend treatment, upshot was a course of medicine and a hospital appointment the following week.

The doctor I met was delightful, listened calmly to my litany of problems with compassion and offered sensible solutions . I came away smiling and with hope that various issues can and will be resolved.

I did a blood test on 11 October which was also supposed to cover a thyroid test ( as requested by a GP) . Hadn’t heard any response from the surgery so went in person to check on 2 Nov only to be told that there was no record snd results hadn’t been received from the lab . Surely this should have been followed up by the surgery . Was told that I will receive a text with an update and I am still waiting as I write this on the 3rd . Can someone please look into this . Thank you

I had 2 appointments today, a blood test and a GP visit. Both on time and as always friendly, helpful and professional. I'm so happy to be with Hampton Hill Medical Centre.

Excellent, professional and friendly service. I attended for giving a blood sample for a test. My arms do not present veins easily but the phlebotomist was very calm and found a good vein on my right hand. It was relatively painless.

It’s good Practice but getting an appointment is a mission. By the time you get an appointment your illness is already cured.

I had a covid vaccination today. It was given in a room alongside another patient (literally 3ft apart) with the door left open so the waiting room could see what was being done and the other patient hearing questions and answers. I did not like this experience and felt very exposed, it stifled the ability to ask any questions. It was like a conveyor belt and not the experience I had expected at my GP surgery. Yesterday I had a flu jab which took part in the same room by myself with the privacy of the door being shut.
