Seen on time and had my Covid-19 vaccination, which I was pleased to get. Well organised as there were two people doing the vaccinations

The telephone call was exact; the doctor took time to listen and discuss matters so that I felt heard; there was no rush; I was treated as an intelligent and respected person which was wonderful. I finished the appointment feeling very positive and confident in everything the doctor was doing and going to do. I am very grateful for the consideration, advice and professionalism throughout the consultation.

It was my first time at the surgery. I found the receptionist very helpful. The doctor (nurse) was both welcoming and relaxed . Good experience.

Excellent practice. Punctual, friendly, efficient & effective. I’ve had reasons to attend the practice many times with cancer related issues & they have been very considerate

Fantastic service for vaccinations. Always in time and efficient. Not commenting on rest of practice when still very hard to get an appointment

I was very impressed by a following day appointment for an ECG and the doctor fitting me in to a very busy day to also examine me for Diverticulitis at the same time giving me the results and explanation to my ECG Much appreciated; and to put my mind at rest to go ahead to stop taking heart medication for 2 days pending a Colonoscopy. Also the lovely young ECG nurse who helped coordinate with the doctor,

Always clean and bright, staff always friendly and helpful. The practice referred me very quickly just recently when I had a medical problem and was very impressed how quickly I was dealt with

Thank goodness the blood tests can be done in surgery rather than having to travel to Ashford or somewhere else. Appointments scheduled rather than sit in line, etc. Definitely a well organised practise especially after Covid. Thanks again.

Couldn’t get appointment until November 18th although I have blood cancer and no immunity and I very rarely ask to see a doctor.
