The doctors and nurses at this clinic are truly wonderful and professional. Absolutely amazing. Five stars really. Very kind and attentive. But the reception does not function properly at all. Forms are out of stock, the manager doesn't know where it is online, they send messages without reading the latest history in the system...They are overworked or not managed properly.

Wonderful medical team but sadly hard to get an appointment to see them. With slots to see a doctor often over a week or so The telephone system has an overly long message from the dark days of Covid and the phone seemingly rarely answered, so I have had to go down there to make an appointment for a specific clinic or see the nurse Can’t make an appointment to see the nurse on the internet.

Very happy the doctor explains everything and then give me a joint injection her suggestion were excellent and I was really pleased with the service I got today she also suggested to come back in four weeks for another injection

Each call is dealt with by friendly , helpful and responsive reception staff . GPS always take the time to listen and respond well to medical issues raised with good results and they always refer promptly if needed .Furthermore , phone consultations and texts really do result in face to face consultations if they are really needed . I cannot fault the surgery in all the years I have used it for myself and my 3 children .

Everything is driven by systems . Once you work out the processes it works okay. When I have met nurses and doctors they have been very attentive

Seen very quickly. Student doctor, very professional, good bedside manner. Mentor also very good. Very thorough examination in lengthy appointment. All tests needed arranged very quickly.

I had a very positive experience having a face to face consultation with a new doctor at this practice. Attentive, well informed and supportive. I felt that I was really being well looked after. I was less impressed when I was asked to provide my passport when I returned to pick up a sample kit that was unavailable at the time of my initial appointment. In over 30 years I have never been asked to produce my driving licence or passport at any doctors surgery. This was particularly time wasting and annoying as I had phoned to say that I was coming in to pick up the sample bottle. I had not been warned that I would need to produce evidence of my identity. If this is a new policy then it would be helpful if patients were warned before making a wasted journey.
