The GP was very helpful. She understood my medical issue and referred me for further investigation. I felt comfortable with this GP.

I booked an appointment only a few days before. There were lots of appointments available at convenient times and was seen on time. The surgery is accessible with plenty of nearby parking.

Getting to see a GP F2F is very difficult. When you do eventually get through to a person her/his phone line is extremely poor. I have mentioned this before to the person on the phone. Please do look into this particularly for the more vulnerable patient. Once I did see a doctor my experience was good, however if I need a review it will be a battle to get it within a reasonable timeframe.

My daughter had blood tests and neurologist tests for severe headaches but we have had no follow-up consultation and appointments to talk to a doctor are up to five weeks wait time. No solution and a long wait. We have yet to see or talk to a doctor at Hampton Hill.

I was impressed with the speed of blood test results and feedback from the doc. It was about my kidney previous tests were showing decrease.

Had a blood test. The appointment was on time. The person who did the test friendly explaining what was to happen. It was quick and didn't hurt.
