I rang for an appointment after lunch, expecting a telephone one, but was given a face to face meeting at 17.10 the same day with an extremely helpful lady doctor.

The appointment was on time and the doctor was helpful. The appointment was easy to book and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Good communication

Bloods done with no pain + chat with nurse + I asked questions that were answered with great care + reassurance. Felt so much better coming away. The nurse was so lovely as was receptionist + pharmacy. We are so lucky to have Harambee Surgery as our Doctors practice

Very friendly doctors and staff and no problem getting an appointment its like what all surgeries should be like takes me back to when a doctor and staff felt more like a friend to call upon in need back to the good old days here we'll done

My appointment was handled efficiently, I was seen on time. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The nurse that performed my cervical smear was professional, sensitive, respectful and caring. The premises felt clean and fresh.

I saw the doctor yesterday regarding some tests and a scan I had done. I found him to be very understanding and sympathetic. It was a very informative and satisfactory appointment. Thank you so much. It is reassuring when everything is explained in a way one understands. I really felt at ease when I left.

The waiting time wasn’t too long and the receptionist kept me informed of where I was in the queue and handed out sweets. The GP was a locum but he showed a genuine interest in me and had a very good ‘bedside manner’. I was very satisfied with the experience overall.
