I’m new to the surgery. Saw the nurse yesterday regarding blood pressure and blood results . It was dealt with efficiency and a positive outcome for me .

I have had two recent appointments with the nurses at the surgery. Their manner put me at ease, they were so patient, understanding and very thorough and informative.

Needed an urgent review, got an immediate appointment which was excellent, but then had to wait 18 days for a blood test & will then have to wait for an appointment to see the doctor following the test, maybe 6 weeks in all. So what’s the point of an immediate appointment in the first place ?

The reception staff were efficient and attentive. The phone was answered quickly and I got a doctor’s appointment within a week. The doctor was thorough in his examination and questioning. I was very satisfied with the care I received.

As usual doctor was person centred with my care, made me feel like he knew me and listened to me. We discussed the next steps in my pain management plan and we agreed rather than him telling me what I should do.
