Got appt on same day of ringing. Due to a doctor being off ill,I was phoned to give me an appt time later the same day. Bit of a delay seeing the nurse practitioner but great staff from reception kept people informed and even offered biscuits. Very nice staff all round.

Saw the practice doctor who is an excellent doctor, who gets things done in a timely manner. Cannot thank him enough, for getting appointments and treatment sorted for myself, and my wife.

Good appt on time no hassle was seen by practice nurse who was very caring and understanding. This was my first appt after moving from another GP

From the receptionist to the doctor, then the dispensing team, everyone was very patient. Any queries were dealt with professionally.

Quite a long wait to be seen - around 35 to 40 minutes. But it was later in the day so if every appointment runs over by 5 mins it builds up. Seemed to be only one doctor on duty to see all patients.

Slept in so arrived 10mins late. Appt re-arranged by nurse as receptionist was busy for later that day. Despite being busy staff were courteous and friendly.

Had never met the doctor before and he was just as the receptionist said a friendly personable individual with a sense of humour.I was soon put at ease and an arrangement made for a scan.
