This was a follow up appointment and I felt that I was listened to more once my X-ray had been reviewed. As it’s still unclear what is causing my current condition I have been referred for another scan and also a course of treatment that could benefit me. As I had done some research myself I was happy that the doctor listened to me and understood how I was feeling. Overall I left a little more positive

Slight delay being seen, but appointment went well. Discussed options and agreed a way forward. Never had a problem with this surgery.

From the telephone call to book an appointment for my daughter to the receptionist and doctor everyone is very helpful and understanding. Excellent service .

Cannot praise the nursing staff more. Had a procedure done and the nurse was very thorough, checked on my wellbeing throughout and was just amazing.

Yesterday I was in pain with a specific problem, I received a phone call from a Doctor + then a prescription sent to our chemist for two items + also a referral to a consultant at the hospital.

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. GP was interested in me and gave me the necessary information. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.

I was unable to get to the surgery for my appointment so it was changed to a telephone appointment and I was still able to speak with the doctor that day.
