Arrived on time. Was then seen by a nurse who carried out blood pressure check & took blood. Very efficient I was then given a date to return for my results. All very efficient & pleasant. Thank you Harambee.

From start to finish everyone was professional, polite and courteous. The practice was clean and well presented. I was seen quickly which is not always easy for a smaller practice to achieve. I have been at Harambee since I came back to colne, and I was here before I left. I have never had a complaint and would recommend this practice to new residents.

I am becoming frustrated with this surgery which I didn’t think I would ever say. The waiting times here are absolutely appalling waiting 50 mins past my appointment time every single time I come. Especially when I have a toddler with me this is very stressful for us both and cannot keep waiting this long. Please improve on this

I was offered a same day appointment which I went in to on time. The doctor assessed me fully and gave me good advice with my prescription

Rang for appointment. Immediately given appointment for same day. Saw doctor who was fantastic. Couldn't praise this doctors surgery enough.

I rang at 8:30 and asked for a Drs appointment, which was given for that day at 5:30. The practice called me back and asked if I wanted an earlier appointment as one had become available. The receptionist was fabulous when I got there, supplying boiled sweets and drinks to the waiting patients. The GP was polite and thorough, and explained what he thought, and what medication was for. I then got my prescription from the in house pharmacy. All round excellent service, Thank you.

Phoned at lunchtime and saw a doctor at 5:10 the same day, seems excellent when you hear of some people elsewhere having to wait up to two weeks for an appointment.

All staff members went above and beyond to help me from me first picking up the phone to make the appointment to finding a time suitable and being kind and professional throughout the whole process. They were empathetic and supportive and informative…. I couldn’t have asked for any more
