    This Practice was brilliant pre covid & has to be one of the worst surgeries now. Not answering the phone or calling you re prescriptions, chasing your medication for weeks. Can't make non urgent appointments. They left family members outside in the rain with a chest infection for 20 mins though the doctor told them to come straight to the surgery, the receptionist refused to open the door or answer the phone even though she could see outside. Other have been given appointments around school hours when they have specifically said they can't make school times & have to pick up other children. Staff not answering the phone & no one behind the counter & no patients inside. Shocking lack of response to patients or their needs.

    My 89 year old Mum was having a few issues, took her to the surgery, didn’t have an appointment but receptionist fitted her in. Doctor was very understanding and listened to what we were saying. Doctor decided she had to go to A&E, so provided us with a letter took her to Hillingdon and she was looked after very well at the hospital. Just want to say a big thank you to the doctors and Hillingdon Hospital, Mum is doing ok.

    Rapid answer phone, queue of 5 for receptionist. Rung back with 15 mins asking for further details and opportunity to send photo of problem. A GP called me within 40 mins and sorted me out with advice and electronic prescription sent to pharmacy of choice. Very impressed with speed of response on a likely very busy day. Happily recovering now
