    Had 2 appointments for 8 & 8.15am (first of the day). booked in and sat down waiting to be called. At 8.20 went back to reception to see why I hadn’t been called only to be told that the nurse wasn’t even there yet, If I hadn’t gone to ask, would they have just left me sitting there. I had to get to work so had to leave without seeing anybody,They make such a big thing about not missing appointments but don’t seem too bothered when it’s coming from their side.

    Dear Mr Gennings Thank you for your feedback. We apologies for any inconvenience caused. The nurse you had an appointment with was running late yesterday morning and the message relayed to the admin team at the front was delayed, which is why they did not inform you. We share all feedback with the team. We will be discussing this at our next whole practice meeting to ensure we have effective communication to avoid situations like this in the future. We will ask an admin staff to contact and rebook your appointment. Please accept our sincerest apologies.     So difficult and stressful to make an appointment. Can only make appointments through an E-consult and has to be at a certain time in the morning and if your a few minutes late, then your out of luck! If you ring the surgery for help with an appointment they refer you back to an e-consult again. Seems the appointments go lightning quick and your going round in circles. Surely there has to be a extended period to give us time to book an appointment. Honestly I feel there is no help!

    Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback. We apologies for any inconvenience caused. We introduced online consultations for ease of access for our patients, ensuring you are not waiting long period of time on the telephone. We have recently moved over to patient triage to ensure all online consultations are received in a timely manner and patients are contacted back within 48hours. All staff are trained in handling online consultations and apologies if you have been misinformed. We are open every morning all week. please do speak to reception if you are having difficulties with the online system. At your convenience, please contact our practice and speak to the supervisor. We share your feedback with the team and make changes to improve our service to our patients. Patient satisfaction is very important to us, we are always looking at ways in which we can improve.     I would like to commend mu two GPs for their professionalism and compassionate care. They work tirelessly, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have them overseeing my health. Lady with fair skin and grey/ white hair at reception has also been exceptionally helpful and is wonderful with both me and my family. Thank you for your dedication and support.

    I called the surgery to register a vulnerable person previously known to the Harford health center. Carol, whom I spoke with on the phone, showed me what collaborative work looks like. She saved time and streamlined the registration process not only that she helped me use my time more effectively and helped reduce my stress level. Thank you, Carol.
