    On my visit on the 16th September the young male receptionist was very pleasant and knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak to.

    I am appalled by the behaviour of the reception staff. They don't know what they're doing. Theres only 2 of the staff that actually are kind and polite. I had to call in 6 times just to get referred to a pharmacy for a 24hr Bp monitor. Each time i called they made a mistake and sent the wrong request and not a single apology, instead i got attitude and was told "i've referred you 6times already!". I am given incorrect information every time i call, its like they just want to get me off the phone. Its a gp surgery, but theres no compassion for patients and no manners whatsoever. I have dealt with a specific member of reception who is Extremely rude and has no manners whatsoever. He should not be working at a gp surgery if he wont have any empathy or sympathy towards the patients. I am a former staff of Tower Hamlets Council and I have trained my entire team on how to deal with customers. I would love to know where they got their training from, because their behaviour is disgusting. I have been with Bethnal green health centre since 1992 and I have never experienced anything like this! The only reason i had to change to a different gp is because i moved home. I wish there was other local ones more near me, because Harford health centre is by far the worst health centre I have ever had experience with! I am a very polite person and respectful person, but if you test my patience, I will not tolerate it and the reception staff at harford health centre have pushed me to that limit to say this and pushed me to this level of frustration! Disgusting!

    Shumina is brilliant with the IT skills she was able to provide me with the necessary documents skillfully and also suggest alternatives like downloading the NHS app explaining how to use it too. She was very attentive and very helpful. Thank you so much Shumina

    The male receptionist at the practice was absoloutely amazing. I was amazed at his ability to maintain his cool, and kindness despite having patients approaching him constantly. He single handedly attended to them in quick succession. I couldn't help but feel a little sorry for him, as I was thinking that the practice should have more employees working with him, so he won't have to work tirelessly. He was very polite, respectful, efficient and has very good knowledge about the rules and regulations, maintaining health and safety and the confidentiality of patients. He dealt with multiple requirement we had promptly to our satisfaction. Despite having many demands he explained in detail about the policies he has to follow accurately and a certain way. Solely because of the receptionist and tge doctor I am rating this surgery very highly. Otherwise i am not too satisfied with the econsult system put in place. I'd say 70% of the time i haven't received any call backs, as a result it caused such an inconvenience. The receptionist has been wonderful. Thank you!

    I’ve had two great experiences recently. Really speedy access to the surgery’s physio when I sprained my ankle. She was great and reviewed me a few times to help my recovery - thank you! I have also recently had another brilliant experience with one of the GPs. I was booked in speedily after submitting an e-consult, and she’s been really kind and thorough. Thanks team!

    I spoke to reception seeking an urgent appointment for my son, as we had been turned away from A&E the evening before despite 111 advice to go. Even though there were no more appointments that day he spoke to the doctor who squeezed my son in to his busy clinic and in exam advised he suspected a collapsed lung. The doctor provided us with a letter for A&E and made attempts to contact the hospital ahead of our visit. X-ray showed my son did indeed have a collapsed lung and he was admitted to hospital for 8 days for surgical interventions and operation. I cannot thank the receptionist and doctor enough for their diligence and care, when we needed medical support the most. We had been due to fly out on holiday in 4 days and my son could have died on the plane/holiday had he not been seen that day. We are so very grateful to you for all you have done.

    I had an appointment today in the morning. Despite the stories I have heard about not being able to see a GP, mine was booked very quickly and I was seen on time. I have previously had difficulty getting appointments, but I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything went this morning. I checked in automatically and the doctor I saw was friendly and helpful and quickly put my mind at ease, explaining clearly. In fact I quite enjoyed my visit!
