    Excellent patient service from the male receptionist at the front desk 23/07/2024, he was very helpful with the concern I came with and he managed to resolve my issues and refer us to pharmacy referral

    I had a good experience with this GP practice. The member of staff who had attended to me was really kind. Although, they didn't call me back till the next day, the member of staff who dealt with me was very attentive and took care of my concerns positively and smoothly as well as was very helpful to the individual I was calling in regards to due the language barrier that was not faced as they could both speak English and Bengali, which was great.

    I took my 94 year old mother to see Dr A yesterday, he gave her a full examination and made her feel safe and comfortable. He is a superb GP who takes time to listen and discuss any concerns and issues and is happy to answer all questions. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr A to anyone.

    Always happy with the service offered at the practice. Receptionists are always happy to help and the doctors take their time to understand and help with your issues. I recently came in as I needed access to my medical history through the ‘myGP’ app, the admin team were extremely helpful with providing the credentials.

    I attended the GP on 23/07/2024 with my children when I approached the male receptionist with my concern he was able to deal with it very well and managed to help me with it and provided me with further assistance, he was very friendly and had a lovely smile I felt very confident to speak with him and I know other patients will feel the same, the GP practice has taken aboard a great person

    Rude staff cover the phone that ignored my problems and specific medical and life problems. I needed to book an appointment for in person assessment of my fitness to work for a phased return to work but was temporarily out nof the UK. They refused to book me an appointment until I come back and do an econsult from the inside of the UK and then wait until they come back to me. The staff member was rude and completely ignored my specific circumstances, that I had a life changing event and a stroke and hanged up on me
