    A nurse cancelled a screening without notifying me and I was treated appallingly by reception staff when I arrived for my cancelled appointment.

    My partner is a patient of this practice and has been having problems for a few weeks now. Regardles of this, to speak to the GP he must wait almost a week even though his symptoms are worsening. I was chasing this up for him and was just appalled at the service provided or the LACk of. I'm comparing this to my GP practice in another borough who are amazing and have the capacity to deal with the number of patients they have. This is just disgusting and there's honestly no excuse to be this useless of a GP practice. And the reviews on google are as appalling. Absolutely useless place.
