Very grateful for the time the practice nurse took with my daughter who had to have some lung function tests. She was very kind and patient throughout which we both really appreciated- many thanks for your hard work

Every contact I have had whether on the telephone or in person has been satisfactory. I have always been understood and treated with consideration. Responses to my problems have been competent and helpful

I am delighted with the care I receive whenever I contact the practice. Everyone is friendly and highly professional explaining things in detail. I highly recommend it.

As always the Harvey Practice is always reliable and the one to one appointments with the doctors have always resolved any health concerns and problems I’ve had. I cannot praise them enough.

Doctors very empathic and great to see. Nurses delightful. Reception staff always helpful. Thank you so much for all you do under such difficult circumstances and work load. We feel so lucky to have registered with you.

When I was struggling to find medical advice upon coming home from university for the holidays, Harvey Group Practice stepped up and immediately offered their services and signed me up as a temporary patient quickly and efficiently. The doctor I spoke to was patient, kind and helpful, and I'm very grateful for the care provided. I would highly recommend Harvey Group Practice - they helped me immensely in my time of need. I have no complaints.

Best practice I have ever used and I have moved a lot in my life. Never ever had any issue with admin staff - they are all friendly, kind, polite and knowledgeable. Today I saw a physiotherapist in the practice. I was delighted to meet such a nice professional and highly knowledgeable gentleman. I have seen numerous doctors, physios and rheumatologists over the years. His expertise was outstanding - he was not in any way condescending and explained in great detail, when asked, what the issue was exactly. I love Harvey House and all the staff.

We know how difficult it is for patients sometimes in getting appointments and accessing services - but we always try our utmost. Delighted you found your appointment with Madhan so positive. Madhan is one of three FCPs (First Contact Physios) whom we are very fortunate to work with (alongside Wincent and Junaid).
