Had appointment with doctor who was great she informed me that I would be fast tracked I got home and the doctor rang me and said she has spoken to the specialist and I will be seen within 2 weeks just rang the surgery they said I will be informed in April I ask if the doctor could ring me like last week was told no can’t do that make another appointment

One of the Receptionists took the time to contact me when a slot became available to see a Paramedic. I have generally found them to be helpful and proactive.

I have always been treated brilliantly by this practice. From the girls on reception to the doctors, all have do everything possible to help me though some very difficult and hard times. Thank you all for all your care and help throughout my very hard times. Keep up the fantastic work you do each day helping people.

The practice staff who dealt with me were pleasant and friendly. The reception staff were smiley and the diabetic nurse was efficient and friendly

I had an annual blood test with the nurse today, she was lovely, criendly, went above and beyond adding extra tests in for me th my hospital had requested but who couldn’t get me an appointment to get the bloods done before the appointment they needed the results for! She was very calming while i was frustrated about it and she also did a test for me as I suspected I had a UTI. She, and the reception staff there, were really helpful in a very stressful time. I am grateful and as far as my own experience goes, I have never had any issues when I have asked for an appointment or advice. The Drs are helpful and thorough and take time to do what’s right for me as I am a transplant patient so cannot just take anything, it has to be looked into and discussed thoroughly and this is done every time I need them. I cannot and will not say anything negative about this practice and their staff. Particularly the nurse and patient advisor team.

I have been a member of this surgery for some time and admittedly they have another closer to where i live which would be more cost effective and convenient for me to attend. The friendly staff inturn politely asked me if i was aware of the aforementioned surgery and inquired as to whether i would like to be transferred to the local one to myself to which i joked " No thank you as this would deprive me of seeing there lovely welcome faces the in frequent times i have to visit " The surgery is always immaculate and not only are the staff very welcoming the doctors paramedics and all the medical staff are too, so it was easy for me to say Im happy to stay at this surgery. If your waiting for a phone call back guaranteed it will arrive without you having to call back up or a prescription sent to a chosen pharmacy this is all done without the stress of having to chase it up.
