   Length of time waiting on the phone and for getting appointments needs improving, also being able to book appointments through patient access would be beneficial

   Couldn’t recommend this practice more. Everyone from the nurses to the doctors to reception are so kind and thoughtful and it has made every experience comfortable and easy, whether it’s over the phone or in person!
