The appointment process when you ring after 8am , with the keeping of one’s place in the queue and call back works so much better. I was also impressed today when I received a text confirming my referral, very soon after my appointment .

I just wanted to give some feedback. We’ve been patients with you for over 15 years and always fed back on both positive and negative experiences. I’ve had to contact the surgery a few times recently, both for myself and my daughter. The reception staff have been so helpful and kind. They have all been so lovely, especially one person but this process doesn’t even let me put an initial. Also, we’ve seen a couple of the new doctors, and they have been so kind and helpful too. I expect the job is incredibly stressful at times so I wanted to say a big thank

Wanted to share a positive post about Havens Health. Rang this morning and yes I did have to wait a while until answered but when it was answered the person who answered was polite and helpful. My query couldn't be dealt with over the so popped up there where the same person dealt very efficiently with my query. We were initially told that there were no appointments until Thurs but when we got there we were offered help from an online paramedic 👍👍. Whilst there thought I'd see about a couple of other things I'd been putting off and again another positive and all was dealt with amazingly compared to recent times. Seems all is heading in the right direction. If you've had not so good experiences in the past give them another chance, definitely improved recently 👌
