On 26th March I had my annual precription review, informed the person I spoke to that I urgently needed my precription for Moxodine as I was due to run out, I just wasted my breath, nothing has been done still waiting it has not been approved by a nurse or Dr that a repeat can be issued, and because of Easter it will now be Tuesday before I can at least contact the surgery, so goodness know when I will get my precription, I do not now have any faith in Modality it is a disgusting service,

I completed the oneline form, which I find really helpful as I work full time, some called me to offer me an appointment but due to work commitments I was unable to take that appointment; the staff couldn't have been more helpful by ensuring I was seen later in the afternoon by the doctor, she actively listened to me and gave some great support. Great service all round. Thank you.

Having visited the Dr in January I was advised, by the Dr, to go back if my condition had not improved in 2-3 weeks. Having tried to work through it I submitted an online request last Thursday asking to speak with someone about the ongoing issues. I heard nothing until yesterday, Sunday, when I received a text message advising me that I would be offered an appointment in the next 2-4 weeks depending on how busy they were. I wouldn't have submitted the online enquiry had I not been concerned about the ongoing nature of the problem only, essentially, to be told "go away and we will get back to you when we have time". I did try to complete the "complement/complaint" form this morning but gave up after several attempts to change the year to the year of my birth and I consider myself reasonably technically competent.

All online requests are triaged by a GP, they will look at all the information provided on the form and will decide the outcome i.e. routine appointment required, same day appointment, or another team is more suitable. Was invited to attend a face to face consultation with a doctor from Haworth Medical Centre at Holycroft regarding my cardio condition.The doctor had the most caring and compassionate attitude and listened very patiently to my various concerns. I definitely left the consultation feeling full of confidence and any previous anxiety was no longer present.

Tried to phone, for a review of medication, had to fill out form on line, also wanted appointment for possible chest infection ( COPD ) suffer. Was emailed back with appointment for 2/2/24 not good enough!!!!

The signup process fully online, tell you the outcome by post?!? only to get told im not in the caption area, when I can see the practice out the window. Cant speak to the surgery directly. Get told I cant speak to them. They can only leave a message. Cant find a the contact the surgery form to book a doctors appointment on the Modality website. Go to the website to find its down for maintenance?? Not great for a doctors service, there shouldnt be an outage. I guess ill have to walk in again as nothing works online

Needed to register my grandson at this practice and I am so glad I did. Attended surgery and was provided with an application pack. Delivered this to reception and was advised I would get a call back when registration was confirmed. This was done a short time later. An online request was submitted the same day and due to his debilitating condition he was seen by a Doctor at the surgery. She was professional, friendly and efficient explaining everything well. The requisite tests were quickly organised. I have nothing but the highest praise for the reception staff who were efficient, friendly and welcoming. Well done everyone and thank you so much.

Who ever decided to join Modality made the biggest mistake ever! Haworth 'used' to be the best.. Today I needed to question a clerical error, No online section for that! so I had to phone.. called number 2. I thought great.. not so as caller number 2 and still on hold 37 minutes to correct the error! what a joke it had become.. huge shame as staff are all brilliant. system diabolical and beyond a joke.

5 months ago I left a negative review, I would like to update this. Firstly I would like to say thank you to all the staff for your help. I have found the new system very frustrating at times and keep reminding myself that some person outside the medical profession thought the new system would be better. I have had a difficult couple of years but the staff and drs I realise have done the best for me that they are able to do given the new system in place plus strikes within the hospitalsand staff. So I will say this time a big thank you

In it's attempts to create a seamless system for patients , Modality appears to have forgotten the patient .Many people don't have a computer or even know how to use one .I was stood in line waiting at reception ,when the queue was building .The woman at the front was complaining loudly that she had no laptop, no computer skills , and she had waited on the phone for an hour and a half , trying to get an appointment .This was applauded by people at the back who were saying very similar things .How is this progress ?how is this making appointments easier to make ? There needs to be an urgent review of the "everybody has to go online " mantra , because clearly everybody can't ! either get volunteers to man 2 stations and log in the appropriate information for people , or rethink the inaccessible portal which is creating havoc and worsening people's stress levels and health . The doctors and staff are good- when you can get to see them !
