I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the dedicated professional care and kindness received from the practice doctors, medical professionals, nurses and support team at Headlands Surgery. The care received recently prevented what would have otherwise been a spell in hospital. I would recommend this surgery for the time, dedication and professional care I have received.

Received a phone call from my new Dr's surgery today for annual review. Doctor was friendly and put me at ease to talk about my medication, and gave me helpful advise.

Friendly staff, listens and explains treatments simply so you understand plus information of medications and any side effects which is a great help. After my appointment l came away from the surgery feeling calm in my self and totally in control of taking my medication

Ring back service works. GP telephone consultations quite adequate for my needs and were on time. Timely response to my letter requesting confirmation that my diet was on track and a helpful telephone conversation in reply.

The surgery messages to insure I keep up to date with vacancies and asthma clinics. I feel cared for and that they support me to care for myself and my health issues. All staff are friendly and professional.

I have always found the Nurses at Headlands Surgery to be kind, caring and compassionate. Most recently they were fantastic with their support at a difficult time for me.

Accompanied my daughter to GP consultation today. Excellent doctor who presented with a person centred approach. The Doctor was caring, kind, patient and sensitive. At no time did the consultation feel rushed or unimportant. All bases were covered in terms of determining an accurate diagnosis and all aspects of proposed treatments were explained and discussed with patient. Excellent experience.

Practice Nurse exceptionally good. Friendly but professional bedside manner. Reception polite and helpful despite pressure. GP’s, no complaints with the few appointments I’ve had.

The tiresome covid recorded telephone message you have to endure when ringing from 8am before making your selection, is now becoming annoying & unnecessary. When actually managing to get an appointment via telephone or face to face with a Doctor, I have always been happy with the way I have been received & treated.

She made me feel at ease explained everything and throughout made sure I was ok I would feel very comfortable visiting her again she was very knowledgeable within her job and answered any questions I asked with confidence and respect
