Doctor I have been treated by for my COPD is great he has listened to me advised what change of medication was needed and why, he also did a follow up appointment with me to check it was benefitting me which it is. Would highly recommend him and the practice

My appointment was a follow up of two previous appointments. Both my symptoms and medication were extensively discussed and assessed. I left the appointment feeling very pleased and satisfied with the medical care I'd received.

I’ve had two really positive experiences in the last month of this practice. Firstly Aquid has been incredible in what is a difficult time on a hemotology pathway, and has kept me involved and updated along the whole way. Secondly I used the e consult service for potential tonsilitus and received a call back within minutes (after being told on the phone there were no appointments) - with a course of antibiotics available within the hour. I have a really good rapport with most of the receptionists who are as helpful as they’re able to be given the circumstances, and often feel they are spoken to badly. I hope they all understand how helpful I think they all are, and how valuable they are.

The Dr i seen was very pleasant and listened to me, he took a look at the issue I told him about and said he would do a referral and also a prescription for some cream.I was very pleased with the outcome of the appointment.

The doctor called when scheduled the only thing I found strange was that when I asked about the medication she said the decision was up to me and I thought it really should be on their advice.

I wanted to know a bit more about the pain in my hand and I have been referred for an x-ray. I think a bit more information could have been given - my hand is very important to me and it would be nice to feel like the doctors know something about it or refer me to someone who does?

I cannot thank the practice yet again for sorting out my new medication. I have been helped on countless occasions by staff who work tirelessly for the patients in usually very difficult & stressful situations.

Arived at the practice a few minutes early but was seen about 5 minutes after my appointment time. The practioner seen was friendly and professional. She seemed to be nogable about my condition and I was put at ease with the process. Was told about the after care and was told what to do if a problem occurred afterwards . Excellent.
